How does ProSeries Basic count the number of returns against my 50 allowed? Is it when you print a return - even though it hasn't been e-filed yet?

Printing or Efiling = 1 return.
but you only pay once, if you paid to print, you dont pay to EF.
If you pay to EF, you dont pay to print.
