Worked for me this morning when PS wouldn't open and support was closed. Hopefully this cures all ailments this tax season (although it would be nice if ailments didn't happen in the first place 🙂

I downloaded the tool. May knock down the TS hold time if you don't have to call.

This tool does seem to fix this issue, but seems to have blown out licensing on every version of QB that I have so I can no longer access any year.
