ProSeries 2023 - why is this happening? I have read it could be background programs, but not sure how to resolve.

Have you tried step 1 from the book "How to Fix Computer Issues" ---------------- have you tried rebooting your computer?

    Happens to me constantly if my cloud backup is running while Im using PS.
