the electronic return originator info keeps popping up when i do the error checking

just starting the tax season and when i was doing the error checking the "electronic return originator info" screen appears.  I followed the info and checked the irs site and i'm active.  how to i get this to stop.  

I'm assuring this will stop me from efiling returns as well.

When that screen shows up, click the little box that says EFIN verified.
