Taxwise data conversion to ProSeries Professional
I recently acquired a tax practice that used Taxwise software. Using the conversion wizard, I attempted to convert the data to ProSeries unsuccessfully.
Technical support was called and we walked through the process again without any progress. They advised that I should attempt it using a "hard wired" internet connection (cable and all). I am completely wireless office with no access to their suggestion.
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
