stop screen share button

While signed into Intuit Link, a client noticed, in the bottom-right corner of her screen, that there's a red button that says STOP SCREEN SHARE.  Can anyone provide information about this?

Just guessing - Do they have quickbooks? Maybe they did screen share with support and never closed it?
