State return

Hello, this is my first year on my own. So I hope someone can help me! I was preparing my daughter's return,(just to make sure I dont miss anything) when I got to the state (NC) it said it wasn't downloaded. I checked and it's checked that I can prepare. I tried updating and says no updates found. What am I missing?

It is a little too early now for any of the returns, especially the state returns which need to be updated . Good luck on your first year. The volunteers (tax preparers) on this website are very good and will help you. Good luck.

I dont think NC has been released yet, several others have asked in the past week.
