sign-in "cannot verify credentials" 2018

I'm attempting to log in to my 2018 proseries and am getting an error message after entering user name, password and verification code. The user name and password are obviously ok, otherwise it wouldn't send the code to my phone. ???

For anyone else on this funhouse ride, I had success with the third option, renaming the Olac file to OldOlac.ini.
