Question

Schedule K-3 with US only source income

We received a Form 1065 Schedule K-1 with **bleep** the efiled version filed by the Partnership.

Nothing to do if your client's return doesn't need that info.  If you're asking about something else, please come back with more info.

(P.S. I wonder if the censorbot will bleep the bleep?)

    I have had many clients with the K-3 box checked on their K-1 forms. After contacting multiple financial institutions, they stated K-3 forms would be issued by 6/30/23. However, most clients will not receive one even though it is checked. I simply unchecked the K-3 box, allowing me to continue filing the return.
