Returns stuck in "Received by Intuit"

I have had returns stuck here for at least a week.  Forms 1040, nothing special about them, no errors...I have updated the software and checked e-file status and nothing...Is it as simple as the Feb 12 date?

The IRS is not accepting returns until February 12th. Intuit is just holding them until then.

    Yes, it is as simple as the Feb 12th date.

        I filed a Form 1040 on 2/14/2021. It is still stuck on received by Intuit. I just filed a different client's return and it was immediately sent to the IRS. What gives.
