Reteiving returns already filed but probably deleted

I have a return that I already e.filed but the original file is deleted. Is there any way I can get a copy of this return

Carbonite is my friend! if you can restore from a backup... then just go to EF Center... and right click on the file,  then go up  Electronic Filing>>Update Acknowledgements.  If will  then update the EF filing information including the ACK.
