Reporting Paid Dividends on 1120
Hello good afternoon,
I have a question, how do I report the dividends paid to officers on 1120 form? I know for 1120-S we prepare the Schedule K-1 and that's how it is reported for 1120-S, but what's the equivalent of that bu for 1120?
