quickcollect compliance exam

I passed the compliance exam needed to process Quick Collect payments for clients.  In sbtpg it has my certificate.  In Proseries, it says I have not completed the exam.  What can I do?  Its holding me up from filing.  It is very disappointing  to say the least.
