Quick Collect

Why is the Quick Collect function not working in Basic 2021?  Is it because we cant e-file yet? I feel like it should still be working even if you can't e-file yet.  It should still be populating, right?

Lots of stuff isn't ready yet in the software, maybe that is another thing on that list.

    @Jtax LLC 

    If you go to Tools > Options  and then select Enrollment Options do you have Quick Collect Fee Collect selected in the "Selected Bank" dropdown menu?

    If you do have Quick Collect selected, click on the Refresh button to retrieve your enrollment status.

    Once the enrollment status has been retrieved, the Quick Collect worksheet should populate in your returns.
