Question

Purchased Basic 50 return Plan, but being charged PPR when trying to print out return?

Why is it trying to charge me to print out ?

You will need to contact support for that issue.

      Just checking ... have you verified you are using the Basic program?

      Because you bought Basic, you are able to download Professional as well, which can be used on a PPR basis.  So make sure you are trying to print while using the Basic program.

       

      While on Homebase, have you tried to go to the "Tools" menu and re-license the product?  That sometimes fixes weird problems like this.
