Proseries on Mac

Is there a way to run Proseries on a Mac?  I know this wasn't possible in the past without the cloud subscription, but I am hoping it changed.

ProSeries runs on Microsoft Windows.

If you can run Windows on a Mac (such as using the program Parallels), yet, it can be run on a Mac.  But it needs Windows.
