Proseries is Admin on DocuSign Acct
Our DocuSign Account was created through Proseries and Intuit is the Admin. The problem is that whenever one of my client signs their DocuSign the date prints in the European format of day/month/year. As we are in the United States our clients are familiar with the date format of month/day/year. This confuses the clients and they constantly call to let us know the date is wrong which is very frustrating during tax season. Has anyone else had this problem and were you able to get it fixed?
