Proseries E-file 990 extensions

is the E-file closed for filing 990 extensions? I have attempted several times and Proseries will not convert and transmit. The due date is 2/15/21

The IRS shut down individual returns in November and business returns in December, so it kinda sounds like they are closed for business at this point in time.
