ProSeries ads on startup

Is there a way to turn off the ads in ProSeries when the program starts? Is anything important going to show up here ever?

I dont have any ads that come up when I start ProSeries.

Maybe you need to better describe what youre seeing.

If there is a way to shut them there must be a trick to it because I evidently shut them off without knowing it since I never have any ads popping up.

Darn! Somebody just gave Intuit another money-making idea at the users' expense. Now, they can report a new revenue stream on the next ER.

Are you referring to the full sized, right-hand side of the screen?

Or are you referring to that little pop-up box in the lower right hand corner?
