ProSeries 1120S - Additional Information statement

Does the Additional Information statement in ProSeries 1120S module submitted when e-filing? I am not finding it on the list of forms that e-file with the return. I am using it for PPP Loan Forgiveness statement required in 2021 and want to be sure it is submitted. If not, I will print it and attach as a PDF.

As far as I have been led to believe if you use "Preparer Notes" those are (theoretically) attached to the efiled return. I have not seen any indication that any other notes are transmitted.

    I am familiar with that statement from the 1040 module but I don't see it in the 1120S module. Thank you for your input!

    Aw crud. I hadn't thought about that, but just looked at a 1065 and could not find the equivalent.
