Program went Black

Working on a Client file and the program goes black, and boots me out.  Not able to get back in until after I reboot my whole system.  Once back in I am not able to open the file I was working on, I get the error box saying "This file is currently locked by Proseries 2022 Network"  Any suggestions on how to unlock it?

Tis is for when it says its locked by another user, not sure if thats the same.  Id try renamaing the file and see if it opens, or you could try this
