Program not working

Hello. I am able to sign into a client, but then the program is non responsive. All clients. 2023 only. Prior years work.

what i would do, in order until it is fixed

1. close program, try opening it again

2. restart computer

3. check for updates

4. refresh updates

5. repair updates, from windows start menu

Good morning all. Thank you for all your help. I was about to call support, as I've tried everything! The program is working. I have no idea why it stopped working or started. Thanks again.
