pro series 2020 won't open

Program will not open by clicking on installed icon for pro 2020.  Tried shutting down and also restarting but did not help.

Any ideas?

The only thing Ive got is to try and do an Repair Updates, just in case it was an update that got screwy and is causing the issue.

From the Windows Programs menu, scroll down to ProSeries 2020 and you should find Tools > Repair Updates, run that and see if you have any better luck.
