Printing tax return for year 2014

Good Afternoon,

Can someone that may have encountered a printing problem for Pro Series Basic 2014 help me please.

    Lisa, thanks for replying it does not do anything it shows that it will print 32 pages but only the client letter and invoice print and nothing else.

    It might be looking for the printer that was used back in 2015.  Have you checked what printer is installed?  Otherwise, I had a problem printing a return from an earlier year and got around it by turning it into a pdf and then printing the pdf.
