PLEASE HELP - CALLED SUPPORT AND THEY COULD NOT SOLVE PROBLEM

This is the pop-up screen when I go to print in tax year 2022. All programs (1040. 1120 1120s) all do the same thing.

java.lang.illegalstateexception:Expected Fonts Directory to contain 'OCR-A__pfb' file; but it does not. Check that fonts directory specified correctly.

Supports response was to uninstall program and reinstall. This did not help my situation
