Preparing a K-1 on a 1065

Do you need to prorate the income for the K-1 for each individual on a 1065 in proseries?

Not if you enter the proper percentages on the K-1 Worksheet, it will do the math for you - unless you need Special Allocations.  Those are also found on the K-1 worksheet.
