why is my software making me pay per return when I purchased unlimited and my license shows as unlimited in the tools portion of the software

Try clicking on "license product" under tools

    As I mentioned in my original post - I already checked license and is said I have unlimited and 4 states

    It doesn’t matter what you purchased.  Sometimes you have to remind the software of that.  Do as Terry suggested
