Partnership return
Hi,
I'm filling out the Form 1065 and have a question on Schedule B line 3 a and b. If their are 2 partners each at 50% or more, do I need to fill out that question?

Yes - if any individual or entity is 50% or more
What year are you preparing ? 3a and b are for 2009-2017 returns
2a and b are for 2018-2022
