Hope everyone well.

My question is should I attach 1099s like W-2s to California paper file?

Its been a lotta years since I had to do a substitute W2, but yes, I think thats what they want, the 3525. I generally just plunk the Fed ID in the state ID box when the state ID isnt available.

If I file 4852 Fed side, should I file 3525 for California side? And what if client does not know Employer California I.D. I entered 9999999999, is it fine?
