Opening a Form 8949 in ProSeries Basic 2019

I have a 1099-B with  long term transactions not reported to IRS that are suppose to be reported on Form 8949, Part II, with Box E checked.  I am unable to open the form although the program indicates 0 used, 3 remaining.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Using the answer to a similar question I found that if I enter on Sch D in Condenced Table and just check NOT REPORTED, it will auto create 8949 in Basic
