Ohio SD-100 How do I elect part-year?

I have an Ohio resident (full year) that moved into a School District in August 2025 that has a .75% SD Income Tax. I entered the Date Resident From & to  as 08/01/2025 & 12/31/2025 respectively but the Smart Worksheet is giving me an error that I have not accounted for the entire year.  

How to just calculate what he owes for the partial year?
