ohio rita form 37

Ohio RITA form 37    has an error on line 5a, 5b, 5c    then totals to line 6.   Line 5c is supposed to take the smaller number and carry it down to line 6.  I know that I can override the number but this is such a simple code issue that can be fixed quickly. I have called intuit over the last 3 months and they will not fix it. Is there anybody that can expedite this fix

If the credit factor isn't 1.00 line 5c wouldn't get carried down to line 6.  All of mine, line 5c is taking the smaller of 5a or 5b.

I agree but if line 5c is the smaller number then and credit factor is 1.0   then it should be the same as line 5c but it is pulling from line 5b which is the larger number. I sent a request into Proseries they said ok you can override it.

I haven't had that happen on any that I've done.  I checked quite a few of mine and they are correct.
