CLIENTS losing CREDIT DUE TO NOT GETTING THIS FORM  NYC-208 NEED HELP TO GET THIS FORM ProSeries SAID IT IS NOT READY IT IS OUT LAST YEAR.CLIENT LOSING $100.00 TO $300.00

It looks like this credit expired @ 12/31/2019.  It would have been nice if NY State had pointed this out to tax preparers; I wasted a lot of time looking for it
