NY IT-360.1
Is the community tired of me yet?
I spoke to NY Department of Revenue today about individual moving from NY to OH and still working for NY employer.
I was told to complete Form IT-360.1 which I checked in the Checklist and filled out but it will not populate taxpayer name & SS# and does not show up to print or eFile although Revenue Department expected it to.
