Why doesn't the information from info sheet part IV flow to the tax form.  This is redundant entries which should have been fixed last year.

Try being a bit more specific in your question.

Thanks for the obnoxious reply.

Should need a work around when you put the Taxpayer signature info on the worksheet, you should have reenter it on the tax return form.
