Not saving

I am trying to do a 2020 1040x and 2021 1040x and it won't let me save or print. I've updated the program. I do not have windows 11. I rebooted the computer and the internet. Any clue what to do?

What is the tool hub? I did call support. They said a lot of people are having the same issues

Revert back to Windowsw 10

You need to go to windows start menu, and run updates for each year. if it still does not work then run repair updates for each year. Be sure and run the updates from the windows start menu, and not from within the tax program.

Reinstall if it keeps giving you errors. Back up your clients.
