Can you please try repairing your updates and try again?

To do so, download the ProSeries Tools Hub and follow the instructions for Repairing updates:

https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/system-responses/help/fix-common-problems-and-errors-with-the-proseries-tools-hub/00/71661

Alternatively you can also open the start menu, expand ProSeries 2021 and click Tools - Repair Updates.
