Non Passive K-1 Form 1065

Clients k-1 "Pursuant to IRC Reg......Net Rental Income from This Activity is NON-PASSIVE.  They are not RE professionals.  I too, have Passive showing up everywhere even when tried active participation.  Is there something that needs checked to move it to NON-PASSIVE and out of passive?

If there aren't any rentals on page 1 of Schedule E, I think I would just check the Real Estate Professional box to make the program treat it as non-Passive.
