non-filer
I have a client who did not file a tax return in 2018 or 2019 because they did not have any income. because of this they did not receive any stimulus money. i called the irs and they told me to file a non-filer return, however when i went to the irs web site it said that the non-filer return is no longer valid. any suggestions about how to handle this.
