Nominee distribution

A nominee distribution is showing on a Schedule B as a negative figure.  I can't follow how this happened.

Could someone please help?

If you double click, on one of the interest or dividend income lines a  second window opens with nominee as a choice.  Maybe a finger flub and the box got checked?
