New bug with the stimulus form

I have a client who we are using the Tuition and Fees deduction for.  Line 3 is $64,318, Line 4 is 0, Line 5 should be $64,318 but it is showing as $74,518.

Is this related to your other post, about excluded Unemployment?  If so, it might be correct.
