Mortgage Insurance Premiums & Schedule E

I completed the ProSeries Mortgage Interest Statement and linked it to Schedule E.  It's properly allowing the mortgage Interest and real estate taxes paid to flow to Schedule E.  It is not picking up the Mortgage Insurance Premiums.  I did answer all the questions asked on the statement and I believe it's deductible.  Maybe I'm missing something though?  Any ideas?

I have never filled out a Mortgage Interest input statement. I just go to the appropriate form and enter the items directly on the worksheet in the appropriate places.
