More crazy letters from IRS
Client received 2644C letter - dated July 22, 2021 for Dec 31, 2020 tax period Form 1040.......
Dear Taxpayer, we previously sent you a letter about your inquiry received Jan 22, 2021......blah blah blah We need more time to provide you with a complete response to your inquiry.
This is worrisome - taxpayer has not been in correspondence with the IRS. 2020 tax return is not complete. Even if it was complete it wouldn't have been before Jan 22, 2021 to begin writing/receiving letters.
