Massachusetts Form 355-7004 Won't E-file

Hello,

Has anyone been able to successfully e-file a 2021 Massachusetts extension for an S-Corp? I'm trying to do my first one today, and I'm getting an e-file error of "Today's date must be entered for electronic filing." I've put the date in every possible field where it could be relevant but sadly no dice.

Hello, 

We have reviewed this issue and we are unable to duplicate the "stuck" error. We have indication that other filers are able to transmit extensions for Massachusetts S-Corp. 

One possible fix is to uncheck the box on the Federal Information Worksheet, Electronic Filing Information, 'Original Return' checkbox for Massachusetts. Only the 'Extension' box should be checked when e-Filing the extension.
