Maryland refundable EIC

ProSeries just updated the Maryland refundable EIC. For the returns already filed, do I prepare the amendment ?

Check the Maryland state website to see what guidance they are giving on this.   Some states are following the IRS, will be doing the adjustments within their system - no amendments required.

Unfortunately I was advised by the Comptrollers office that I need to prepare amendment and can not send it in electronically.  But thanks
