    we need to wait on 502LU and keep an eye on Congress-House, Senate as well for federal change to taxability or exclusion of unemployment and also domino effect on maryland UI !!

      chasetax is correct as Congressional action will then pass to all 43 states who have income tax, minus those states that don't tax unemployment benefits.  It will day weeks to months to get this sorted out.
