M1PR for Mobile Home Owner
How do I complete an M1PR for a mobile home owner? They receive both a CRP and Property Tax Statement. I entered the CRP and Property Tax info and check the box for 'Mobile Home Owner'. I also entered the rent paid on the M1PR worksheet. Because there is a CRP, ProSeries expects the 'Renter' box to be check also and generates an error that prevents me from e-filing. But if I (incorrectly) check the 'Renter' box, ProSeries calculates the incorrect refund amount.
