K1 (form 1065) Line 20 - statement A

Hi all -
When people are producing their K1s does it make sense that Statement A is reference line 22 and not line 20?
So line 20 you have the Z code for the 199A. Then you go to Statement A, but at the top it will say 1065, Line 22. When I would be expecting to to give statement information for Line 20. I hope this makes sense.
It is very possible I am making a mistake. I know the K1 is a bit tweaked again. Thanks in advance.
