Is there a problem with the IRS Where's My Refund Status app?

It's no longer available for the 6 million 2019 returns of the IRS Refund Holocaust -- now it can only be used for 2020 returns.

    And its not even working correctly for 2020 returns right now....might be up and running properly by mid March.
