IRS Form 1041 Return E-filing Rejected Return Error Code R0000-901-01

Anyone having trouble efiling trust returns Form 1041 in ProSeries Professional.  I had my first of several 1041's' reject.  Thinking of extending rather than bother trying to solve mysterious error code.  IRS is no help.  Lacerte is having trouble too.

Is it the Name Control reject?

Extending sounds like an excellent idea.
